About Me


I am a fully NZ trained (Massey University) Clinical Psychologist, registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board, and I am also a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP).

As well as providing evidence-based counselling (ACT/CBT) and Mindfulness skills training in my private practise, I work part time for the public health service (ADHB) in the field of rehabilitation/acquired brain injury.

My services are grounded in more than 20 years of professional experience in helping people facing physical as well as psychological health problems. This experience spans a variety of roles such as clinical psychologist, rehabilitation counselor and drug and alcohol counselor.

I also draw on nearly 30 years of personal experience with mindfulness practise.
